PETALING JAYA: Powerwell Holdings Bhd has formed a strategic collaboration with Socomec Innovative Solution (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to tap into opportunities offered by Malaysia’s fast-growing data centre (DC) and hyperscale market.

Under the agreement, Powerwell will act as the system integrator for power train units, which combine power distribution with uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems supplied by Socomec.

In a statement, Powerwell noted this partnership merged its expertise in electrical distribution and integration with Socomec’s advanced UPS technology, enabling both companies to deliver end-to-end power solutions tailored for large-scale DC facilities.

The tie-up is a significant step in Powerwell’s growth strategy, reinforcing its competitiveness in a sector where demand for reliable, scalable, power infrastructure is accelerating.
