11:52 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority launched a consultation period to seek feedback from capital market participants and related parties on draft regulatory provisions for earnings calls. The regulator said the proposed provisions require main market-listed companies to hold earnings calls twice a year within five business days after releasing their financial results, according to a Tuesday release. The provisions will give investors a clear view of companies' performance and help them make informed investment decisions. The 30-day consultation period will end on Oct. 29.
