Terna Units Wrap Up Sale of Peruvian Electricity Transmission Business for $15 Million

12:31 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Terna (TRN.MI) units Terna Plus and Rete concluded the sale of Terna Perú, an electricity transmission company based in Peru, for $15 million. The company, which owns a 138-kilovolt electricity transmission line spanning 132 kilometers, was sold to French energy company Engie's (ENGI.PA) subsidiary Engie Transmisión Perú, according to a Tuesday release. The deal was signed in February.
