01:16 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arenit Industrie (ARENIT-SDB.ST) signed a deal to acquire Switzerland-based packaging and disposal solutions technical distributor MP Multipack. MP Multipack will be integrated into the industrial group's devices and industrial solutions segment, expected at the start of the fourth quarter, according to a Tuesday release. Arenit Industrie does not expect the acquisition to impact its full-year 2026 results significantly.
