02:20 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Asta Energy Solutions (1AST.VI, 1AST.F) major shareholder ETV Montana Tech Holding placed 500,000 shares in the company at 60 euros per share. The high-precision copper solutions company said Wednesday that ETV Montana sold its shares to various international investors, with settlement expected by Friday. The transaction increased Asta Energy's free float to 42.9%. ETV Montana earmarked proceeds from the share sale for the settlement of an earn-out payment to aerospace alloys company Montana Aerospace (AERO.SW).
