04:15 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EQT's (EQT.ST) EQT BPEA Private Equity Fund VII agreed to sell South Korea-based Acuon Group to a consortium led by Hanwha Group's Hanwha Life Insurance and Centroid Investment Partners. The Swedish private equity group invested in the independent financial platform, which comprises Acuon Capital and Acuon Savings Bank, in 2019, according to a Wednesday release. Acuon manages 10 trillion South Korean won in total assets.
