05:21 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spinnova (SPINN.HE) agreed to provide Tearfil - Indústria Têxtil with a 1.5 million-euro bridge loan as part of its planned acquisition of the Portuguese yarn spinning company, according to a Wednesday release. The Finnish textile fiber manufacturer on Sept. 17 announced a nonbinding letter of intent to purchase the company for 500,000 euros, as well as a bridge loan for the duration of its court-supervised debt restructuring process.
