05:30 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vår Energi (VAR.OL) concluded its purchase of certain Pandion Energy assets and licenses, according to a Wednesday release. The transaction, which was disclosed in June, will boost the upstream oil and gas company's footprint in the Gjøa and Åsgard areas, as well as its portfolio of exploration licenses.
