05:47 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Logistea (LOGI-A.ST) agreed to acquire a logistics asset in Stockholm in a sale-leaseback deal with DSV Road. The asset, valued at 950 million kronor, is located on two leasehold properties with a total leasable area of 54,000 square meters, the real estate company said Wednesday. The asset is fully leased to DSV with a remaining lease term of seven years. The deal is expected to close later the same day.
