06:52 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ghitha Holding, a subsidiary of investor Two Point Zero Group (ADX:2POINTZERO), or 2PointZero, signed a memorandum of understanding with Amazon (AMZ.F) to explore joint development of a seasonal fresh produce initiative in the United Arab Emirates. The initiative aims to deliver a demand-led farming concept, with crop selection guided by customer demand and produce delivered through Amazon Now, according to a Wednesday release. The companies also plan to explore new initiatives in the coming months to expand the range of UAE-sourced brands.
