Antin Infrastructure Partners to Sell Majority Stake in Vicinity Energy

07:11 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Antin Infrastructure Partners' (ANTIN.PA) Flagship Fund IV agreed to divest its majority stake in Vicinity Energy to a joint venture owned by Harrison Street Asset Management and Kenon Holdings. The transaction, which marks the private equity company's third business exit in recent weeks, puts the enterprise value of the US district energy systems operator at $2.92 billion, according to a Wednesday release. Completion is expected in the first half of 2027, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
