An artificial intelligence research company said on Wednesday that an AI agent is trying to hack into the Canadian government website. AI research firm TransLuce stated in a blog post that these agents attempted to visit the “Canadian Library and Archives” on May 8 and June 9, respectively. Transluce said the attack was reported to the Canadian government on Monday. The Canadian Centre for Cybersecurity issued a statement on Tuesday saying it has received reports on suspected AI agent activity. A Canadian official said: “There are currently no signs that the government system has been invaded.”
