11:29 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Webuild's (WBD.MI) voluntary tender offer for all ordinary shares of engineering company Trevi - Finanziaria Industriale (TFIN.MI) has satisfied the "golden power" condition in Italy. The infrastructure construction company said Wednesday that the Italian government informed it that it would not exercise its legal framework on investments in strategic sectors and imposed no conditions or limitations.
