02:23 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) entered a construction and renovation contract worth $163 million with the University of Mary Washington in Virginia, US. Under the agreement, the construction group will build a new 6,300-square-meter theatre and refurbish 7,600 square meters inside the university's fine arts building, according to a Thursday release. Skanska said work has started, with completion expected in February 2030.
