04:35 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- H. Lundbeck's (HLUN-A.CO, HLUN-B.CO) Vyepti drug was shown to help improve migraine symptoms among adults who had an inadequate response to a prior CGRP-targeting preventive therapy in a phase 4 study called Thrive. In the Thrive study, 60% of remaining participants reported "much improved" or "very much improved" on the Patient Global Impression of Change scale after treatment with Vyepti, the Danish biopharmaceutical company said Thursday. During the trial, participants received 100 milligrams of Vyepti at baseline, then the dose was increased to 300 mg at week 12. Vyepti, or eptinezumab, was also well-tolerated, with no new safety concerns. Lundbeck intends to present the full data from Thrive at an upcoming scientific congress.
