04:42 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fresenius SE (FRE.F) completed its acquisition of the remaining 45% stake it did not already own in biosimilars platform mAbxience Holding from Insud Pharma and Invim Corporativo, according to a Thursday release. The deal has a total consideration of up to 750 million euros in cash, including a contingent payment of 50 million euros upon site approvals, which the healthcare company funded through available liquidity and operating cash flow. Fresenius took a 55% majority stake in mAbxience in August 2022, and Fresenius Kabi's biopharma business now fully owns the platform.
