04:46 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Airbus (AIR.PA, AIR.F) unit Airbus Defence and Space concluded the acquisition of French cybersecurity company Quarkslab after securing regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected to further bolster Airbus' position as a sovereign partner for French authorities and expand its footprint in the European cybersecurity sector, according to a Thursday release. Airbus Defence and Space previously acquired Germany's Infodas in 2024 and the UK's Ultra Cyber in March 2026.
