06:12 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Talon Resources (TAR.L) completed its maiden diamond drilling program at the Eagle Lake gold project in Ontario, Canada, testing four priority target areas. The program began in early September and covered 12 holes totaling 1,169 meters across areas at East Fornieri Bay, West Fornieri Bay, Cedar Trench and Moss Knoll, according to a Thursday release. The gold exploration company said samples will be sent for assay, with results to be announced in batches.
