Outlook Therapeutics Files Application With Centers For Medicare & Medicaid Services Seeking Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System Level II J-Code For LYTENAVA To Treat Macular Degeneration

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: OTLK), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of LYTENAVA™ (bevacizumab-vikg, bevacizumab gamma) for the treatment of retinal diseases, today announced that it has submitted an application to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requesting a permanent, product-specific Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Level II J-code for LYTENAVA.

The submission advances Outlook Therapeutics’ U.S. commercialization and market access strategy for LYTENAVA, the only FDA-approved ophthalmic bevacizumab for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD). The Company remains on track for a U.S. commercial launch before the end of 2026 and is focused on supporting broad market access, reimbursement and practice readiness for LYTENAVA.
