Synopsys, Accenture, Vicor And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Thursday

U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling over 300 points on Thursday.

Shares of Synopsys Inc (NASDAQ:SNPS) rose sharply after the company issued fiscal-year 2027 financial guidance above estimates.

Synopsys issued financial guidance for fiscal year 2027 and a comprehensive multi-year financial framework through fiscal year 2030.

Synopsys shares jumped 10.8% to $482.23 on Thursday.

  • Accenture Plc (NYSE:ACN) shares jumped 18.3% to $216.66 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY27 sales guidance above estimates.
  • Enerflex Ltd (NYSE:EFXT) gained 15.5% to $26.32. Enerflex announced a contract award for large-scale data center development.
  • Capital Clean Energy Carriers Corp (NASDAQ:CCEC) gained 15.3% to $21.60.
  • Armada Acquisition Corp II (NASDAQ:XRPN) jumped 14.5% to $18.78.
  • Vicor Corp (NASDAQ:VICR) gained 11.4% to $321.99 after the company raised its third-quarter sequential revenue growth guidance.
  • Everforth Inc (NYSE:EFOR) rose 11% to $36.55.
  • USA TODAY Co Inc (NYSE:TDAY) rose 9.9% to $6.92.
  • Fair Isaac Corp (NYSE:FICO) surged 9.7% to $650.00.
  • Coherent Corp (NYSE:COHR) gained 9.1% to $314.00.
  • Concentrix Corp (NASDAQ:CNXC) rose 9.1% to $27.22 after the company reported mixed third-quarter financial results and issued weak guidance for the current quarter. Also, the company narrowed its FY26 adjusted EPS guidance and cut its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
  • Lumentum Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:LITE) gained 8.7% to $1,056.39.
  • Huron Consulting Group Inc (NASDAQ:HURN) rose 6.8% to $167.63.
