11:30 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Al Salam Bank's (DFM:SALAM_BAH) artificial intelligence management system was granted the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification by SGS Bahrain, according to a Thursday filing. The certification covers the AI applications and services managed by the Dubai-listed lender's IT department and verifies the company's responsible development, use, deployment, and governance of AI technology across its operations. Al Salam Bank implemented the AI management system in collaboration with digital transformation and cybersecurity company Advantari.
