01:43 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Episurf Medical (EPIS-B.ST) completed the acquisition of eight properties in Hudiksvall, Sweden, with an underlying value of 300 million kronor. The portfolio has a total leasable area of 16,300 square meters and is fully occupied, the real estate and medical technology company said Thursday. The deal was initially announced in December 2025 and included nine properties. The company clarified that it closed the Åvik 26:16, Åvik 26:22, Sofiedal 12:6, Tuna-Fors 1:40, Tuna-Fors 2:23, Tuna-Fors 2:34, Tuna-Fors 2:36 and Tuna-Fors 4:8 properties, except for Åvik 26:14.
