11:26 PM EDT, 10/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Delfin agreed to tender its entire 17.6% stake in Italian lender Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena (BMPS.MI), or MPS, to Intesa Sanpaolo's (ISP.MI) voluntary public tender and exchange offer. The lender said Sunday the commitment covers 534,676,825 shares, adding that Delfin also agreed to participate in the relevant shareholders' meeting and vote in line with the terms of the offer.
