12:54 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alligator Bioscience (ATORX.ST) appointed Chief Financial Officer Johan Giléus as its new chief executive officer, with effect from Jan. 1, 2027. The biotechnology company said Sunday that Giléus will succeed Søren Bregenholt, who will remain CEO until the end of 2026. Giléus will assume both CFO and CEO roles.
