01:38 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Emeis (EMEIS.PA) completed the 111 million-euro sale of its operating activities in Latin America. The Paris-listed healthcare services group said Monday the transaction was part of its strategy of focusing on core European markets. The company noted that it is also in the advanced stage of divesting remaining land plots in Mexico and Colombia, with the sale expected to be secured by the end of 2026 at an expected amount of 20 million euros.
