Shares of PTC Inc (NASDAQ:PTC) rose sharply in pre-market trading after Schneider Electric announced plans to acquire the company for $205 per share in all-cash deal valuing equity at $22.6 billion.

• Qtrex Quantum Ltd (NASDAQ:QTEX) rose 48.2% to $1.63 in pre-market trading after gaining 40% on Friday. The company early Thursday announced breakthrough independent testing results for its cryogenic quantum interconnects and confirmed it is finalizing a binding commercial agreement.
• Veea Inc (NASDAQ:VEEA) gained 35.6% to $4.51 in pre-market trading. Veea recently announced an agreement with TROLLEE Holdings for the phased deployment of VeeaONE solutions across 1,000 unattended stores
• ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:RETO) gained 25.2% to $1.94 in pre-market trading after dipping 17% on Friday. ReTo Eco-Solutions recently announced a 1-for-20 reverse stock split.
• Jaguar Health Inc (NASDAQ:JAGX) gained 18.6% to $4.34 in pre-market trading after announcing a special stock dividend.
• Stablecoin Development Corp (NASDAQ:SDEV) gained 17% to $8.75 in pre-market trading after jumping 104% on Friday.  
• XP Inc (NASDAQ:XP) gained 15.8% to $24.90 in pre-market trading.
• PagSeguro Digital Ltd (NYSE:PAGS) rose 13.4% to $10.23 in pre-market trading.
• StoneCo Ltd (NASDAQ:STNE) gained 12.2% to $10.71 in pre-market trading.

• Zeta Network Group (NASDAQ:ZNB) tumbled 23.3% to $1.18 in pre-market trading after jumping 45% on Friday.
• Sangrix Inc (NASDAQ:SGRX) fell 23% to $0.97 in pre-market trading after declining 9% on Friday.
• Global Interactive Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:GITS) fell 22.1% to $1.41 in pre-market trading.
• Leslie’s Inc (NASDAQ:LESL) fell 21.1% to $0.11 in pre-market trading. Leslie’s recently announced it signed a restructuring support agreement (RSA) with existing lenders.
• Pomdoctor Limited (NASDAQ:POM) fell 18.6% to $0.70 in pre-market trading after dipping over 6% on Friday.
• SmartKem Inc (NASDAQ:SMTK) fell 15.2% to $1.40 in pre-market trading.
• Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (NASDAQ:HCTI) declined 15.7% to $0.6112 in pre-market trading.
• Flux Power Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:FLUX) fell 15% to $0.5380 in pre-market trading. Flux Power shares jumped 57% on Friday after the company announced its board unanimously rejected an unsolicited acquisition proposal from Solidion Technology.
• Roze AI (NASDAQ:RZAI) fell 9.5% to $18.01 in pre-market trading after dipping around 25% on Friday.
• United Microelectronics Corp (NYSE:UMC) fell 8.8% to $23.96 in pre-market trading after gaining 4% on Friday.
