05:20 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wärtsilä (WRT1V.HE) secured a contract to supply 15 50SG engines for a 282-megawatt power plant at a data center project in the US, according to a Monday release. The marine and energy industry technology company is scheduled to deliver the engines in 2028, with the project expected to become operational in 2029.
