05:25 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Industrial producer prices in the euro area increased 1.9% month over month in August, following a 1.6% rise in July, according to Eurostat data published Monday. The latest reading is in line with the consensus estimate. On a yearly basis, producer prices climbed 8.2%, against the 5.8% gain earlier and the expected 8.1% increase.
