06:30 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Unibap Space Solutions (UNIBAP.ST) teamed up with Leonardo (LDO.MI) to strengthen the intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities of the Italian aerospace and defense company's Earth observation constellation. The partners will develop an advanced version of the Swedish space company's next-generation iX20 computing platform adapted to defense and emergency applications in space, according to a Monday release. The system will process intelligence and data in orbit and deliver it to the ground immediately, speeding up processing and delivery.
