Sabey Corporation ("Sabey") and National Real Estate Advisors, LLC ("National") today announced that Ares Secondaries funds ("Ares") have expanded their investment in Sabey Data Center Properties, LLC ("SDCP"), an owner, developer, and operator of data centers across the United States. The additional commitment builds on Ares' minority equity investment in SDCP announced in July 2026, bringing its total investment to more than $500 million.
