08:46 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orion (ORNBV.HE) has dosed the first patient in a phase 1/2 clinical trial of potential anticancer medicine ODM-216, the Finnish pharmaceutical company said Monday. The Bicides trial will assess the safety, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of ODM-216, an investigational bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets PVRIG and PD-L1 in patients with advanced solid tumors. ODM-216 is the company's first biologic candidate and first immuno-oncology treatment to be tested in humans.
