12:08 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Naseej for Technology (SASE:9538) won a project from Saudi digital services company Elm Co (SASE:7203) to manage and run its technical office for process engineering and business analysis. The Tadawul-listed digital transformation company said Monday the project is worth 5 million Saudi riyals, including taxes, with contract signing expected on Nov. 5. Faris Al-Rashed Al-Hamid, a director sitting on both companies' boards, has an indirect interest in the contract.
