11:50 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oaktree Capital Management-advised funds, through OCM Njord Holdings, commenced a secondary public offering of 6,329,874 class A shares in Torm (TRMD-A.CO). The transaction is subject to market and other conditions, according to a Monday filing. The Denmark-listed tanker company will not receive any proceeds from the offering. As of the offer launch, Oaktree Capital held a 6% stake in Torm.
