12:54 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Avacta Group (AVCT.L) is aiming to raise at least 12.5 million pounds sterling by issuing new shares at 0.68 pound apiece. The shares will be offered via an accelerated bookbuild procedure that launched immediately after the announcement of the plan, according to a Monday filing. The life sciences company said net proceeds from the offering will extend its cash runway into the second quarter of 2027 and will finance its development of AVA6103.
