The Zhitong Finance App learned that Sanhuan Group (06951) rose more than 6% in the afternoon. As of press release, it rose 5.67% to HK$136, with a turnover of HK$42.1953 million.

According to the news, Samsung Electric said that the company has signed contracts for the supply of multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) for AI servers worth about 290 billion won with major global companies. The contract period is from January 1 to December 31, 2027. The deal is the sixth long-term supply agreement announced by Samsung Electric this year. Samsung Electric said that since May of this year, the company has continuously signed long-term supply contracts with a total scale of about 3.9 trillion won, involving products such as silicon capacitors, AI server MLCCs, and inductors.

Dongwu Securities released a research report saying that brand manufacturers such as Dell, HP, Asus, and Acer have begun verifying MLCC products such as Weicong and Sanhuan through introduction from ODM manufacturers such as Huaqin, Lianbao, and Lixun, and manufacturers such as Guangda and Heshuo have also visited Sanhuan and carried out verification. Mainland original manufacturers may still be constrained in terms of the yield and production capacity of high-end AI products in the short term, but the trend of international OEM/ODM expanding and introducing alternative resources from mainland China in the general server, consumer electronics, and low-end vehicle regulation markets has gradually become clear.
