03:05 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- 80 Mile extended the deadline for Greenland Energy to announce a firm intention to make an offer or say it does not intend to make one, according to a Tuesday filing. The exploration and development company extended the deadline to Nov. 3 from Tuesday, with an option to push it back further. 80 Mile agreed on Sept. 8 to the indicative terms of Greenland's all-share acquisition proposal, which values its issued share capital at 61.5 million pounds sterling or 0.011 pound per share.
