03:26 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Finnish electronics company Boreo (BOREO.HE) named Lassi Simola as its chief financial officer, set to take office by Jan. 4, 2027. Simola will take over from head of mergers and acquisitions and financing Rafael Osmanov and vice president of finance Sami Hanerva, who assumed the company's financial management and financing responsibilities on a temporary basis, according to a Tuesday release.
