Gelion Signs Material Transfer Deal with Automaker

04:02 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gelion (GELN.L) signed a material transfer agreement with a top-15 global automotive original equipment manufacturer to assess its sulfur-based battery technology for future electric vehicles. The sulfur battery company will supply its sulfur-based cathode active material, coated cathodes, and liquid electrolyte for evaluation in both liquid and solid electrolyte configurations, according to a Tuesday filing. These include lithium metal and graphitic anodes for luxury and mass-market EVs.
