• Flyte Aviation, Inc. (NYSE:VJET) fell 20.7% to $1.2850 in pre-market trading after gaining 7% on Monday.
• Chilwa Minerals Limited (NASDAQ:CHWM) fell 14% to $4.72 in pre-market trading. Chilwa, last week, announced closing of $3.5 million offering.
• HeartSciences Inc. (NASDAQ:HSCS) fell 13.5% to $3.77 in pre-market trading.
• YYForce Inc. (NASDAQ:YFOR) fell 13% to $1.2002 in pre-market trading after the company entered into an at-the-market sales agreement to offer up to $20 million in Class A ordinary shares.
