U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 200 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Goosehead Insurance, Inc. (NASDAQ:GSHD) fell in pre-market trading.

Piper Sandler analyst Paul Newsome downgraded Goosehead Insurance from Overweight to Neutral and cut the price target from $72 to $48.

Goosehead Insurance shares declined 3.2% to $44.73 in pre-market trading.

• Chilwa Minerals Limited (NASDAQ:CHWM) fell 6.4% to $5.14 in pre-market trading. Chilwa announced closing of $3.5 million offering.
• StablecoinX Inc. (NASDAQ:USDE) declined 5.2% to $14.19 in pre-market trading after gaining around 6% on Monday.
• Stewards Inc. (NASDAQ:SWRD) declined 4.3% to $2.24 in pre-market trading after falling over 4% on Monday.
• Vaxcyte, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCVX) fell 3.8% to $71.04 in pre-market trading. Vaxcyte shares jumped over 30% on Monday after the company announced topline results from the OPUS-1 pivotal adult Phase 3 trial.
• Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ:GILT) declined 3.6% to $9.06 in pre-market trading after falling 6% on Monday.
• Braskem S.A. (NYSE:BAK) fell 3.1% to $1.56 in pre-market trading after adding around 4% on Monday.
• RXO, Inc. (NYSE:RXO) declined 2.7% to $27.89 in pre-market trading. RXO shares jumped over 22% on Monday after the company announced it will be acquired by C.H. Robinson.
• SK hynix Inc. (NASDAQ:SKHY) fell 2.6% to $190.00 in pre-market trading.
• Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (NASDAQ:SCZM) declined 2% to $8.75 in pre-market trading.
