09:30 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research reiterated its rating on Deutsche Telekom (DTE.F), supported by the German telecommunications company's projected revenue growth and cost savings related to its use of artificial intelligence. "DT hosted investors and analysts to present its AI strategy into 2030, with multiple examples, quantified, of AI at work across consumer and B2B operations. We welcome its effort to quantify potential revenue and costs savings as the technology and environment both continue to evolve at pace, maintaining our Buy-rating predicated on asset quality and a cheap valuation relative to historical levels," analysts wrote in a Tuesday note. At its investor day held Monday, Deutsche Telekom said it expects to grow its AI-related revenue to 800 million euros by 2030 from the projected 250 million euros in 2026, derived from businesses outside the US. Meanwhile, the company anticipates savings of 2.5 billion euros in indirect costs by 2030, compared with 2023. The stock's price objective stands at 36 euros.
