10:47 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Al Moammar Information Systems Co (SASE:7200), d/b/a MIS, said its board approved Abdullah Ghazi AlGhamdi's request not to renew his contract as chief executive officer due to personal circumstances. AlGhamdi's contract as CEO of the information technology services company runs until Oct. 31, according to a Tuesday release. Vice Chairman Ibrahim Abdullah Al Moammar will assume the company's executive management duties, effective Nov. 1, for six months or until a new CEO is appointed, whichever comes first.
