12:03 PM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Senior plc (SNR.L) said the scheme of arrangement for its proposed acquisition by Zeus UK Bidco has received court approval, according to a Tuesday release. The scheme will become effective upon the delivery of the court order to the Registrar of Companies on Thursday. At the same time, trading of the engineering and manufacturing's shares on the London stock exchange's main market will be suspended, with cancellation due on Friday. Tinicum and Blackstone-managed investment funds, via Zeus UK Bidco, and Senior plc announced the terms of the acquisition in April.
