The Zhitong Finance App learned that Benmao Technology (06731) increased by more than 7%. As of press release, it rose 6.79% to HK$29.58, with a turnover of HK$19.179,800.

According to news, on September 29, Benmao Technology announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongxi Science and Technology Innovation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Rare Earth Group. The two sides will carry out comprehensive in-depth cooperation on technology development, industrial collaboration, capital links, and talent co-building to jointly research and develop high-performance magnetic materials such as NdFeB, polymagnetic rings, and radiation magnetic rings to help open up the domestic chain from new rare earth materials to robot power components.

According to public information, rare earth permanent magnet materials are important basic materials for high-performance motors, and direct drive motors are also important power components for robot joints to achieve high torque, weight reduction, and precise control. Through cooperation with Zhongxi Science and Innovation, Benmao Technology is expected to further strengthen upstream magnetic material research and supply chain collaboration, and extend material-side advantages to motor and robot power systems. If subsequent joint research and development results are industrialized, it is expected to further enhance the autonomous controllability of the company's core components of direct drive motors and provide support for the expansion of emerging application scenarios such as embedded intelligence and industrial robots.
