12:00 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AmRest Holdings (EAT.MC) Chief Executive Officer Luis Comas will step down and remain in the role until Jan. 31, 2027. Maria Elena Pato-Castel will succeed Comas on Feb. 1, 2027, the multi-brand restaurant operator said Tuesday.
