12:22 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Crédit Agricole's (ACA.PA) asset servicing banking group Caceis will buy Edmond de Rothschild's third-party Asset Servicing business in Luxembourg as part of an asset servicing partnership. The new agreement also includes Caceis' purchase of Edmond de Rothschild's asset servicing operations for the latter's private equity and infrastructure funds, according to a Tuesday release. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the French lender said it aligns with the group's return on investment targets. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
