12:30 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wyld Networks (WYLD.ST) intends to raise up to 20 million kronor through a directed issue of convertibles and warrants to funds managed by Alumni Capital Management. The directed issue will be carried out in two tranches of 10 million kronor each, subject to shareholder approval and certain conditions. The first tranche is expected to be subscribed by Oct. 30, while the second is scheduled two months later if the company meets specified market capitalization and share-price requirements, according to a Tuesday release. Each 10 million-krona tranche carries a 10% original issue discount, giving the notes a principal amount of 11 million kronor, and matures 12 months after funding. Wyld may also issue up to 50 million warrants, which could raise an additional 4.5 million kronor if fully exercised. The wireless communications technology company said the proceeds will support development of a new product planned for the fourth quarter of 2026, expansion of its Drone Satellite System business, customer deliveries, and working capital.
