(SASE:4016), d/b/a Avalon Pharma, and Chinese pharmaceutical company Aurisco Pharma agreed to cooperate on oligonucleotide and other complex pharmaceutical products under a signed memorandum of understanding. The Tadawul-listed pharmaceutical company and Aurisco Pharma will initially focus on manufacturing Inclisiran in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, followed by a broader portfolio of oligonucleotides, according to a Wednesday release. The contract is valid for six months, with commercial and financial terms to be determined in subsequent definitive agreements.
