02:00 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Dutch government plans to reduce its stake in ABN Amro Bank (ABN.AS) to 10.5% from 20.7% through a pre-agreed trading plan. Under the trading plan, the state-owned Stichting Administratiekantoor Beheer Financiële Instellingen, or NLFI, will offload depositary receipts in the lender it holds on behalf of the state. The new trading plan follows earlier sell-downs via accelerated bookbuilds and is the fifth consecutive trading plan since ABN Amro's initial public offering in November 2015.
