02:32 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- IMI plc (IMI.L) agreed to buy intelligent building automation systems provider Isma Controlli at an enterprise value of 63 million euros. The London-listed fluid and motion control company said Wednesday that it will consolidate the targeted company into its climate control business. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to the approval of relevant regulators.
